We are currently seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues. You will also work closely
with our product team to ensure that our products meet our high standards for functionality, usability, and reliability.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with experience in both manual and automated testing. You should also have experience working in an agile development environment and be
able to communicate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test plans: QA Engineers are responsible for developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test scripts that ensure the quality of software products and services.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing: QA Engineers conduct both manual and automated testing to identify defects or bugs in the software. They may use a variety of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies to test the software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: QA Engineers work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Analyze test results: QA Engineers analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team on the quality of the software, and suggest improvements or changes to ensure quality.
  • Develop and maintain testing environments: QA Engineers are responsible for setting up and maintaining testing environments, ensuring that the software is tested under the appropriate conditions.
  • Document defects and testing results: QA Engineers document defects and testing results to help the development team to identify and fix issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards: QA Engineers ensure that the software is compliant with quality standards, such as ISO or CMMI, and follow best practices in testing and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of testing tools, such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, or TestNG.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Experience with source code management tools, such as Git or SVN.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of database technologies, such as SQL or NoSQL databases.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to write and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools, such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Robot Framework or Appium.
  • Understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools, such as Postman or SoapUI.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools, such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and testing practices.
